Born on the south coast of the United Kingdom, Dylan moved with family to southern California at age 5. This ragged hyper-kinetic youth found his outlet in the warm summer beaches of northern Malibu. Dylan first surfed competitively as a Menehune, Boys and Juniors in NSSA, CSA, WSA, & HSA sanctioned surfing contests.

In later years Dylan found an amateur career as an competitive freestyle mogul skier in the USSA. Skiing & training with Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; under the tutelage of at the time con-current Head Coach of the US Freestyle Ski Team Park Smalley. The training approach & methodologies were cutting edge. Same World Cup nations points winning approach; training next later Olympic Medal winners Nelson Carmichael, Donna Weinbrecht & Ann Battelle.

In 1994 Dylan signed his first major contract as a professional snowboarder. In the next 10 years he travelled the world competing, living in Scandinavia, Canada, Central, Western Europe and all across the US. Most notably he took third in the X Games in slopestyle, and 8th in the World Halfpipe Championships, and had a successful signature pro model for 4 years.

In 1997 he was approached by local professional free skiers about his personal pre-season training regimen. Soon they and others became the first clients of Fysiologik_ Since Dylan has worked with clients ranging from special needs kids, recovery patients in acute care, A-Lister celebrities, & world class athletes preparing for competition.

What Is My Personal Goal & Theory:
Be the densest strongest fastest tightest human I can be.
Recovery is as important as output.
Movement matters more than muscle.
Eating, we are either feeding disease or curing it.
